Time Bound

Time defines a moment, measures progress of existence and gives us a sense that we are alive. We move and observe, learn and evolve, dream and create in order for us to understand the past, live in the present and prepare for the future. Despite our dispositions now due to the pandemic, we understand more that we are all bounded by time and because of this we nurture our existence.

Time Bound is a collection of three different projects that explored the idea of being bounded in time, to be consciously driven either in scientific paradigms, process based approach or a melodic dream and personal wishes. In this selection of projects we invited three young artists to respond by archiving their thought processes and practice and curate these into a narrative, based on their current methods in an artistic direction

that represents them now as artists and individuals of today. Time bound is Jayme Emille Lucas’ Wishes from the Ground, Paeng Fabros’ Wise Man and Lexysketchy’s 96 Encapsulations.
